Real Estate Branding + Marketing

During my years at Streetsense — a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Washington, DC — I created an in-house content and creative studio that worked inter-departmentally with our Brand Studio, Interactive, Urban Design, and Interior Architecture. Together, we crafted exciting and innovative place strategy, creative concepting, and 360º branding and marketing.

Wellen Park

Streetsense was engaged to refresh, recenter, and market one of the nation’s top-selling master-planned communities previously known as West Villages. Located on Florida’s Gulf Coast and ideally situated between treasured beaches and the lush natural environment of the Myakka River, Wellen Park needed a multi-faceted effort to create a naturally recognized new brand, a plan for a locally grounded town center, and a framework with which to signal its growth.

Beam Living: StuyTown, Kips Bay Court, and Peter Cooper Village NYC

The goal: Creating a Campaign to Beckon Dwellers Back to NYC. Streetsense had the challenge of concepting, scriptwriting, coordinating, and editing a campaign to attract renters back to New York City. We refined a creative concept that spotlights Beam Living and its prominent New York City properties — StuyTown, Peter Cooper Village, and Kips Bay Court — as the backdrop to the revival of vibrant New York City life.

Outcome: A buzzy broadcast-level video and supporting campaign material meant to excite post-pandemic New York City dwellers and hopefuls and inspire them with an experience-forward showcase of these massive multifamily properties. 30+ Digital Assets Created, 2 Micro Influencers Engaged, and 1 Broadcast-Caliber Video Created. 2021.
