Alert Email Comms

By restructuring our Alert Email design from the ground up, we were able to reduce calls to our call center by 20%, and have received a 30% increase in portal engagement.

Open Enrollment

Crafting a suite of marketing materials and paid-media animated spots, we provide our clients and brokers with an assortment of open enrollment materials. With this library, employers can better prepare their employees to understand what Allstate Identity Protection offers and the importance of identity protection.

Educational and Resource Centers

Combining Creative, Content, and Marketing strategy, AIP launched free Educational and Resource Centers with innovative content hubs to better educate our potential and existing customers.

Virtual Events

AIP’s annual events support commercial revenue and bookings for FY24 & beyond, increase engagement with sales influencers, and provide broker partners with information and resources they can use to sell AIP better.

For Partner Summit 2023, we crafted a 2-hour program with a combination of pre-recorded conversations with SME’s, keynote speakers, and a live host. We rewarded one lucky registrant with two Taylor Swift Era’s Tour tickets. Other highlights include:

  • $18k saved by bringing all production in-house

  • 400+ attendees

  • $2.5M generated in new revenue from PS attendees

Social Media

By bringing all social planning in-house beginning Fall 2022, we transformed our content pillars, introduced Sprout Social to Allstate Identity Protection, and brought all production in-house resulting in organic/non-paid growth across channels: 80% LI, 106% IG, & 50% FB.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Acting as an Executive Sponsor for Allstate's IDEA Team, I helped create an internal video series called "Minute With Michael" with one of our IDEA team members. Each episode highlighted a different employee, helping showcase the inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship of Allstate's teams. For PRIDE Month 2023, we had a special guest star, Naysha Lopex, from RuPaul's Drag Race.

Beyond internal marketing, Allstate Identity Protection crafted new sales materials for 2024, illustrating the importance of identity protection for marginalized people.
